Our team is capable & experienced to assist businesses with up to $10 mil annual turnover. For businesses with more than $1 mil annual turnover, our weekly fee package starts at $250/week. We can provide a customized quote to you by undertaking the work for 2 weeks at the hourly rate.
Payroll Services
You can choose to have us as involved as you require. We can do any part of bookkeeping separately if that’s how you want it. Our preference is always to do everything together as that means significant cost savings to you and less double handling but we are flexible.
Our Payroll Service charges are as follows:
– New Employee Set Up is $50 + GST per employee
– Ongoing Payroll Cost is $10 + GST per employee per payrun
As part of the above cost, we provide a range of services:
– Determine the pay rates & set the employee up on the accounting software
– Process Payroll (subject to STP)
– Email Payslips
– Process Superannuation Payments
– Prepare Group Certificates at year end
Hourly Rates
If you prefer to pay by the hour, we can provide bookkeeping services starting at $65 per hour (excl. GST).
